General Home Inspection
Atlas Inspections performs a comprehensive evaluation of the structure, systems, and components of your home. We encourage you to attend your inspection so we can point out potential defects/maintenance issues and answer any questions/concerns you may have along the way. We will then compile a detailed written report (with pictures) explaining our findings which will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Our relationship does not end there. Atlas Inspections will always be available to answer any follow up questions or discuss any concerns that may arise for as long as you own your home.

Pre-Listing Inspection
A pre-listing inspection is identical to the general home inspection described above except that it is paid for by the home seller. It provides the seller with a written report as to the condition of the property. It could uncover any concerns that might compromise a sale and could facilitate a faster closing.
